  • Posting content that encourages unnecessary or gratuitous harm to domesticated animals or wildlife. Responsible acts, such as lawful hunting, are allowed.
  • Engaging in bullying, harassment, or any other form of abusive behavior toward members.
  • Posting, sharing, or distributing pornographic content.

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

11. Prohibition of AI-Generated Malicious Content

Squares 9 strictly prohibits the creation, posting, sharing, or distribution of AI-generated content intended to mislead, deceive, or cause harm to others. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of deepfakes, AI-generated images, videos, or text that misrepresents individuals, events, or facts, or that is used with malicious intent, such as impersonation, harassment, or defamation.

We employ AI-powered content moderation tools to detect and remove harmful AI-generated content in real time. Members found in violation of this policy will face account suspension or termination, and their activity may be reported to relevant legal authorities if required by law.

12. Prohibition of Pornographic Content

Squares 9 strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or distribution of pornographic content. We utilize AI-driven content moderation tools, combined with human moderation, to swiftly detect and remove inappropriate content. Members can also report such content to ensure prompt action.

13. User Rights

14. Data Protection Officer
